Playstack and developer Doraccoon have officially unveiled RACCOIN: Coin Pusher Roguelike, a chaotic mashup of arcade coin-pushing madness and roguelike deckbuilding strategy. Joining Playstack’s indie lineup alongside hits like Balatro, Abiotic Factor, and the upcoming VOID/BREAKER, RACCOIN is already gearing up for its first public playtest on Steam, starting August 18th.

Arcade Chaos Meets Roguelike Strategy
In RACCOIN, you’re not just dropping coins and hoping for the best — you’re crafting wild, game-breaking combos. Special coins like the Seed Coin and Water Coin can be combined to sprout a money tree right inside your machine, while the Cat Coin hunts down pesky Rat Coins for bonus points. Feeling explosive? Drop a TNT Coin or even a Nuclear Coin to blast every coin forward in a glorious avalanche.
Over 100 unique items can dramatically shift the outcome of each run — stack score multipliers, spawn coins loaded with points, or simply shake the machine when your luck runs dry. Apply special plating to your favorite coins to supercharge their effects and create combos that feel downright unfair (in the best way).
Distinct Characters, Wild Playstyles
RACCOIN offers a variety of characters, each with their own themed coins and unique approach to the chaos. Take control of a math-genius raccoon manager who thrives on calculated, high-value plays, or a quirky biologist with animal-themed coins that bend the rules of the machine in strange ways. Every character forces you to rethink your strategies and opens the door to even more unpredictable runs.
Playtest Kicks Off August 18th
The first public playtest begins Monday, August 18th. Players can join by hitting “Request Access” on the Steam store page. Wishlisting is the easiest way to stay in the loop for future demos and launch news.
