Logoi Games and RedSaw Games have confirmed that Doloc Town, the cozy post-apocalyptic farming sim, will leave Early Access and launch its full 1.0 release on August 6, 2026. After more than a year of community-driven development since entering Steam Early Access on May 8, 2025, the game has built an Overwhelmingly Positive 95% rating from over 1,850 reviews — and the 1.0 update brings the complete vision: a new explorable area, farming automation, expanded language support, and the conclusion of the game’s post-apocalyptic main story.
Doloc Town combines the cozy farming loop of something like Stardew Valley with a world actively falling apart. Acid rain and scorching heat threaten crops. The wilderness outside town is genuinely dangerous, navigated with customisable drone companions. The townspeople of Doloc Town are a community fighting to survive, and forming bonds with them is part of what makes the game tick. The hand-drawn pixel art holds it all together — it looks charming until you remember the setting is a civilization in ruins.
What’s New in 1.0
A brand-new explorable area with fierce new enemies, new NPCs, new side quests, and new resources. The Old City Ruins expand the world significantly beyond what was available in Early Access.
The post-apocalyptic narrative reaches its finale. Players who’ve been progressing through the story in Early Access will finally get the ending they’ve been building toward.
A new system that automates key farm operations, freeing up time for exploration, story, and the social side of the game. A widely requested feature arriving at 1.0.
Japanese, Korean, Russian, French, German, and Brazilian Portuguese localizations join English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese at launch.
Early Access Journey
Doloc Town is one of the most-loved farming sims to come through Early Access in recent memory — a 95% Overwhelmingly Positive rating from over 1,850 reviews is a hard number to argue with. The 1.0 launch on August 6 delivers the complete experience for players who’ve been waiting before committing, and the price increased on July 3 as the developers moved toward full release.
