Deep Silver and KING Art Games have dropped the second of four planned faction deep dive trailers for Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV, this time putting the spotlight on the Adeptus Mechanicus, who are making their series debut in Dawn of War IV.

The trailer gives a proper look at how the Machine God’s disciples operate on the battlefield. As a faction, the Adeptus Mechanicus is built around speed, precision, and dominance in ranged combat, leveraging unique technological tools that set it apart from the other playable factions. Compared to the brute force of other Warhammer 40K forces, the AdMech approach warfare as a calculated equation to be solved with overwhelming firepower from a distance.
Two commanders lead their forces into battle. Players can choose between Potentia-Delta 9, a Technoarcheologist, or Sek-Ix-23, a Skitarii Marshal — each embodying a different aspect of the Omnissiah’s will and tailoring how you approach dominance on Kronus.
Dawn of War IV is described as a return to the RTS series’ roots, featuring 70+ campaign missions across four unique factions, as well as Last Stand, Skirmish, and multiplayer modes. The game is being developed by KING Art — celebrating 25 years in the industry — and published by Deep Silver under the PLAION umbrella. No specific release date has been confirmed beyond a 2026 PC launch.
