Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games have announced that Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival launches on October 8, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. A release date trailer is live now, and pre-orders will open soon for the Standard Edition ($39.99) and Deluxe Edition ($49.99). The original Pinhead actor Doug Bradley returns to voice the iconic Cenobite — the first time Bradley has voiced the character in a major release in decades.
Boss Team Games brings the same pedigree that produced Evil Dead: The Game to the Hellraiser franchise, published under Saber Interactive — the studio behind Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. The combination of a genuinely beloved horror franchise, the return of Doug Bradley, and experienced horror game developers makes this one of the more anticipated horror releases of 2026.
What to Expect
Players descend into the underworld to rescue someone from the Cenobites, unwittingly triggering Pinhead’s ritual to unleash ultimate torment on the world. The Genesis Configuration puzzle box — reimagined as the Genesis Configuration — grants the player supernatural powers including pyrokinesis, telekinesis, and the iconic Hell Chains alongside a conventional arsenal of earthly weapons. The Genesis Configuration is also used to solve puzzles and reshape parts of the Labyrinth environment, adding a layer of environmental manipulation to the combat and exploration.
