Tarsier Studios launched the first chapter of REANIMAL’s DLC campaign during the show. The Prisoner introduces two new characters — The Soldier and The Prisoner — who must survive the war-ravaged streets of a once-familiar place, stumbling down a rabbit hole that changes everything.
You’ll explore previously unseen areas of REANIMAL’s world, on foot and otherwise, and discover that while war can be hell, some things are worse. It’s the first of three planned DLC chapters, included in the REANIMAL Season Pass or available separately.
The latest entry in the long-running CRPG series launched into Early Access during the showcase. You set sail for feudal Japan and land in the chaos of a civil war that will change the country’s fate — with decisions shaping the personal outcomes of both your hero and their companions.
It’s a tactical turn-based CRPG built around stealth, cunning and diplomacy as much as combat. THQ Nordic have confirmed pricing at $29.99 / €29.99, with a 34% launch discount if you buy before August 14 — a substantial cut for a day-one Early Access purchase.
After Tides of Tomorrow earlier this year — a narrative adventure set in a flooded world of floating settlements — DigixArt are heading back to solid ground. Their next project will be set in the Road 96 universe, and that’s genuinely all they’re saying for now.
A return to Road 96 is a notable tease. The original built a strong reputation on procedural road-trip storytelling, and it’s a setting with obvious room left in it. THQ Nordic are pointing anyone who wants early details toward DigixArt’s Discord server rather than promising a reveal date.

The Darksiders discount is the standout — up to 85% off an entire franchise is about as deep as publisher sales go, and it’s a genuinely good entry point if you’ve never played them. The Gothic 1 Remake discount is modest at 10%, which is unsurprising given how recently it launched.
