Triquetra Company — Internal MemoTo: Worker 101
Dear beloved worker,
Complete your task. Interact with items and your virtual assistant. Find a way out before you run out of time. Ask no questions and gather no clues, as there is nothing wrong with you. Stay in your cubicle, eat your reward, and everything will be fine within these safe walls…
⚖️ Even the Press Release Is Lying to You
Most game announcements describe a game. This one plays it.
Read Mojiken and Toge’s announcement closely and you’ll notice words that have been crossed out. You’re greeted as a beloved worker. You play as AhadWorker 101 — a name quietly replaced by a number. And the instruction to find a way out before you run out of time has been struck through, replaced by reassurances that there’s nothing wrong with you, and you should simply stay in your cubicle.
It’s the game’s whole premise in miniature. The Triquetra Company tells you a comforting story about productivity and reward. Underneath, someone is trying to tell you the truth — and the company keeps editing it out. Even the feature list ends with a deadline that repeats “and another. And another…” until the text glitches apart.
It’s a brilliant bit of marketing, and a promising sign for a puzzle game that’s clearly all about reading between the lines.
Work. Die. Repeat.
Mojiken Studio and Toge Productions have announced that WORK WORK WORK Prologue will be available on Steam on October 8, 2026. It’s a demo of the opening chapter of WORK WORK WORK, a puzzle adventure with psychological horror at its core.
You play as AhadWorker 101, an employee of the Triquetra Company — a place of “true and efficient productivity,” where workers devote themselves to the will of the Three Directors and to “the great work.”
Your Workplace Benefits
🖥️ Inspiring Workplace
Your own room and personal computer, with a friendly virtual assistant to brief you on your work.
🧩 Meaningful Tasks
Puzzles designed to make you more effective. More efficient. A better human.
🍱 Delicious Reward
Complete your task and reap a tasty reward.
⏱️ Ambitious Deadline
Five minutes per task. Fail, and you get another five minutes. And another. And another…
That last “benefit” is the key. Each task has a strict five-minute limit, and failing it doesn’t end anything — you simply get another five minutes to repeat it. The company assures you your work will be safe from harm. Whether you will be is another question.
From a Game Jam to a Full Game
🔁 Born From TEST TEST TEST
WORK WORK WORK grew out of TEST TEST TEST, a free prototype Mojiken made during its 2023 game jam — a retro pixel-art point-and-click puzzle game about an overworked office employee trapped in a time loop, with cryptic puzzles and alternate reality game elements.
The full game expands that idea into a larger mystery: explore the Triquetra Company, gather clues and uncover the truth about the endless cycle of work, life and death.
It’s a dark turn for Mojiken Studio, the Surabaya-based team best known for the warm, emotional A Space for the Unbound and When the Past Was Around — and its publisher Toge Productions is the studio behind the Coffee Talk series.
If you’ve been enjoying the recent wave of corporate satire — like the much sillier Worming from Home — WORK WORK WORK looks set to take the same target in a far more unsettling direction.
